Transfer Pricing Specialist Job Description

The role of a Transfer Pricing Specialist is multifaceted, involving the leadership of transfer pricing projects, training junior staff, and preparing comprehensive study reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably with a CA qualification, is essential for this position. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and established processes to ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms.

The chosen individual will be responsible for interpreting and applying international tax rules and regulations, demonstrating a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training junior team members
  • Drafting FAR analyses
  • Conducting benchmarking analyses
  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation
  • Supporting the tax team during audits
