About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Development Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive platform roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement in platform architecture and functionality.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to identify and explore new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, ensuring that all platform developments meet high standards of reliability, security, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities into the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver platform features and enhancements that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Python, full-stack development, microservices architecture, and PHP.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and evolve in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
