Client Account Manager

Drive revenue growth and ensure timely delivery through strong client relationships and account management.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves building, retaining, and growing IT services and staffing accounts as a single point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in client relationship/account management or business development in IT services/consulting or IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own key accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Translate client goals to deliverable plans; ensure service level agreement (SLA) adherence and quality.
  • Manage service orders/work orders (SOWs/MSAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.
  • Maintain a talent network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-hire.
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identify risks and drive resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and strong stakeholder management.
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/exposure.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
Nice to Have:
  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance.
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality).
