We are seeking a highly skilled Design Professional to spearhead our product development efforts.

This individual will be responsible for conducting DFx analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB, as well as analyzing testability and generating DFT reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT and DFA analysis. They will also have experience in PCBA process, including stencil, solder paste printing, SMT, wave-soldering, assembly, and box build.

A good knowledge of IPC standards and familiarity with PCB fabrication process, PCB layers, PCB design, and electronics component packages is essential.

The successful candidate will also have experience in DFx tools, such as Vayopro, Valor NPI, Solidworks, and 3D designs of products and simulation of product assembly processes.

  • Conducting DFM analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB
  • Analyzing testability and generating DFT reports
  • Working with customers and internal manufacturing teams to define DFx requirements and rules
  • Mentoring the team and guiding them towards effective deliverables
  • Training new and existing team members on relevant software and tools

In addition, they will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 4-7 years' experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT and DFA analysis
  • B. Tech (Elec / Electronics), Diploma (Elect / Electronics)
