Key Position: Lead Architect

This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of project scope and context, preparing detailed design briefs that align with client goals, and proposing architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the project site and its surroundings.
  • Create and articulate detailed design documents aligned with client objectives.
  • Present optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project's development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operational teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.
  • Serve as a bridge between creative design intent and practical project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is a significant advantage.
