Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Emerging Markets

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team at USV PRIVATE LIMITED as a Senior Marketing Manager - Emerging Markets.

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cardio-diabetes brands across Emerging markets. The role requires a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor landscape.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing expert to take on a leadership role in driving business growth in Emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in Emerging markets.
  • Brand Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country managers, local PMTs, and KOLs.
  • Digital Campaigns: Conceptualize and oversee digital campaigns to promote cardio-diabetes brands in Emerging markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in Emerging markets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives in Emerging markets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A pharmacy graduate with an MBA in marketing or international trade/business.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record of success in Emerging markets.
  • An exposure to East African countries will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
