Lead Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML to lead transformative projects and drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced data analytics projects to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharma commercial analytics.
  • Therapeutic expertise in oncology, rare diseases, or specialty brands is required.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL is necessary, with preference given to Python.
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary is essential.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA or Symphony data is highly desirable.
