Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle Flexcube core banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of customized Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design functional solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality customizations, interfaces, and reports that meet business needs.
  • Manage end-of-day and beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document technical and functional solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Oracle Flexcube.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience in multiple modules, including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
