Operations Management Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill the Operations Management position.

This role combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize invoices with attention to detail.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads in accounting software.
  • Prepare project-wise P&L statements for financial analysis.
  • Provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects.
Finance Functionality

Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.

  • Draft and issue payment receipts.
  • Process monthly salary payouts accurately.
  • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable.
Human Resources & Payroll Administration

Tasks involve drafting and issuing employment contracts, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records.

  • Support recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain employee data and benefits.
  • Process time-off requests and approve leave.
Administrative Support

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Manage travel bookings and logistics efficiently.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation securely.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
