  • Onboarding and assimilation of new team members, including orientation and induction programs.
  • Design and implementation of employee engagement strategies, incorporating team-building activities and one-on-one connects to foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance management, including quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals, to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Employee retention initiatives, such as conducting exit interviews and recommending improvements to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement of the employee experience at every touchpoint, leveraging feedback and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Support to corporate learning and development teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development across the organization.
  • Facility management, encompassing space planning, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire and safety protocols, and internet connectivity.
  • Maintenance of minor projects, civil repair works, soft services, cafeteria management, inventory control, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
