Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer with expertise in designing high-quality visuals for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, product packaging, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.
  • Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience in creating packaging designs, including knowledge of dielines, mockups, and production-ready files.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and mockup software for packaging (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
