As a Private Equity Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and supporting the team's investment activities.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management, along with strong English communication skills and an understanding of investment and financial concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Investor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and support their accounts.
  • Diligence Coordination: Coordinate diligence activities and facilitate smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Deal Tracking: Track deal progress and monitor acquisition timelines using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Financial Review: Provide light financial review and assist with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and update investor-related data and communications in Caprae's CRM and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, and following structured workflows.
