Job Overview

As our Product Launch Manager, you will be responsible for and execute the strategy to successfully launch our software-as-a-service products. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and guarantee data-driven execution from concept to launch and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a comprehensive product launch roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize product launch effectiveness.
  • Customer & Competitive Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
Your Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product launch management, product marketing, or related strategic roles, preferably in software-as-a-service.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of product launch frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
