Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of customer service solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service with other modules.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to maximize system adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, tools, and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements.
