About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and guest interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
