Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in flexi spaces/coworking spaces/IPCs is mandatory.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Experience in Office Management or Facility Operations.

  • Leadership and Team Management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Languages - excellent written and communication skills in Tamil and English.
