Drive Business Success through Strategic Performance Management

As a visionary leader in Performance Management, you will spearhead our client's journey towards a high-performance culture. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business expectations.

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage a robust Performance Management System (PMS) that aligns with business objectives. This involves developing Balanced Scorecard (BSC) frameworks, setting SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generating data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Performance Management: Design and execute an end-to-end PMS, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Balanced Scorecard Framework: Develop BSC-based scorecards at organizational, departmental, and individual levels, defining KPIs across four dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth.
  • Appraisal and Review Management: Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and mid-year performance review cycles, driving calibration and moderation processes, and ensuring objectivity and consistency in performance evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputable institute.
  • Experience: 8-12 years in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and BSC implementation.
  • Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
  • Behavioural Competencies: Strategic thinking, effective communication, and ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations.
