Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications with a strong emphasis on AI/ML.

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned software engineer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions using Python.

This position involves implementing and optimizing machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality Python applications focused on AI/ML solutions.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
