AI/ML Expert

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML professional to work remotely from India on a US client project. This is an immediate opportunity for skilled individuals.

  • Essential Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
    • Production deployment of at least one AI system in production
    • Experience with LLM framework (LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen)
    • Ability to build AI systems that can call external APIs and functions
    • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques like Chain-of-Thought and ReAct patterns
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • 3+ years Python development with strong fundamentals
    • API development using Flask or FastAPI with proper error handling
    • Async programming - understanding of async/await patterns for concurrent operations
    • Database integration - working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases
    • JSON/REST API consumption and building REST services
  • Production Systems:
    • 2+ years building production software serving real users
    • Error handling and logging - robust systems that handle failures
    • Basic cloud deployment - experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Git/version control - collaborative development using Git workflows
    • Testing fundamentals - unit testing and integration testing practices
  • Business Process:
    • User requirements - translating business needs into technical solutions
    • Data quality - recognizing and handling dirty/inconsistent data
    • Exception handling - designing workflows for edge cases and errors
  • Software Engineering:
    • 3+ years total software development experience
    • 1+ production AI project - any AI/ML system deployed to production
    • Cross-functional collaboration - worked with non-technical stakeholders
    • Problem-solving - demonstrated ability to debug complex technical issues
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Technical documentation - clear technical docs and code comments
    • Stakeholder communication - explaining technical concepts to business users
    • Independent work - autonomy with minimal supervision
    • Learning agility - quickly picking up new technologies and frameworks
  • Portfolio Requirements:
    • Working AI application - GitHub repo or live demo of LLM integration
    • Python projects - code samples showing API development and data processing
    • Production deployment - any application currently running and serving users
    • Problem-solving ability - examples of debugging complex issues or optimizing performance
  • Nice to Have:
    • Financial services or fintech experience
    • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) experience
    • Docker/containerization knowledge
    • Advanced ML/AI education or certifications
