Electrical Engineer - Maintenance and Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure across our campus.

  • Responsibilities include managing 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, HT & LT panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems to support IT infrastructure.
  • Additionally, they will oversee the management of 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).
  • Maintenance and servicing of all elevators through AMC vendors, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers, are also part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will manage AMC renewals and maintenance of UPS systems across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.
  • They will supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight.
  • This position also involves supporting electrical fault rectification and ensuring DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.
  • Daily project reports and summaries will be prepared and shared by the candidate.

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 4-10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and operations.
