Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to lead our Tendering & Estimation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing detailed costing sheets and submitting techno commercial bids along with required bidding documents as per tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed costing sheets and submit techno commercial bids
  • Understand GA (TTA & PTTA), SLD, schematic diagrams of LV/MV switchboards, enclosures, distribution boards, and compact substations including LV/MV switchgears, relays, CT/PTs, PLCs, OEM price lists, technical catalogs of relevant products
  • Plan and execute jobs to meet target timelines, ensuring good communication, documentation, and analysis skills to enhance productivity and records
  • Lead projects, conduct meetings with vendors/consultants/clients on technical aspects/deviations, price variation, etc., to get consent
  • Fair knowledge of commercial terms i.e. ABG, PBG, payment terms, warranty/guarantee clauses, etc.
