Job Title: Transformation Lead

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead transformation activities and ensure seamless project delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change and hypercare initiatives, ensuring timely and effective project outcomes.

  • Procurement and sourcing of required resources, end-to-end
  • Accounts payable knowledge and expertise, applied effectively
  • Experience with procurement operations, hands-on, preferred
  • Management of deliverables for the project, including project plan, resource plan, ADO updates, risk management, test plan, training plan, and test manager
  • Cutover activities, performance monitoring, and evaluation
  • Hypercare plan development and execution
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Functional knowledge of procurement and its applications
  • Required skills: procurement, sourcing, accounts payable knowledge, and experience
  • Preferred skills: hands-on experience with procurement operations and risk management
