Job Title: Senior Data Modeling Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeling Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing semantic data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent ontologies, models, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ontologies modeling business entities, relationships, and processes using BFO and CCO principles.
  • Create scalable, flexible, and adaptable data models to accommodate evolving business needs.
  • Design and build knowledge graphs based on defined ontologies and data models.
  • Leverage knowledge graphs for advanced analytics, intelligent search, and recommendations.
  • Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into ontological solutions.
  • Communicate complex data and semantic modeling concepts clearly across technical and business teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar technical role.
  • Proven experience in developing ontologies using BFO, CCO, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of semantic web technologies: RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and related data engineering tools.
