We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our data-driven organization. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with Data Scientists to create efficient and effective machine learning pipelines that drive business insights.
  • Leverage PySpark for large-scale data processing, transformation, and preparation for model training.
  • Implement and manage ETL workflows using Streamsets for streamlined data ingestion and transformation.
  • Craft high-quality training and inference datasets by designing and constructing scalable pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and real-time inferencing capabilities.
  • Optimize and fine-tune pipelines for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure secure data access and management through IAM policies and permissions.
  • Design and optimize Spark architecture for large-scale data processing.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in PySpark, AWS EMR, S3, and Streamsets.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and pipeline design.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and storage solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
