Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant

 

Job Description:

As an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of our Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Your primary responsibility will be to configure and customize the system to meet the business needs of our clients.

  • Configure Oracle CC&B modules for customer management, billing, payments, collections, and metering.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system stability.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle CC&B best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle CC&B functional experience (implementation, upgrade, or support).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Deep understanding of utility business processes: customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Experience creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
