Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned governance specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational excellence through the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance policies and processes. You will ensure adherence to organizational standards while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and publishing organization-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring adherence to TCF and TOM standards, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Assisting in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights, and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in governance, process improvement, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is preferred, with a master's degree or relevant certifications being a plus.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Product Lifecycle Governance: Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance principles and best practices.
  • Process Development and Optimisation: Proven ability to document and implement policies and processes that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce meaningful metrics and reports.
  • Compliance and Standards Expertise: Knowledge of PDLC governance frameworks with experience ensuring adherence to these standards.
  • Audit Support: Experience assisting with internal audits and addressing findings.
