Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Supporting in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Helping with onboarding new interns/employees.
  • Conducting and documenting feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
  • Contributing to employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Maintaining HR records and assisting with policy compliance.
  • Collaborating with the HR team and management on day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection.
  • Available for a 3-month remote internship.

  • Type: Internship (Unpaid)
  • Mode: Remote (Work-from-home)
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Hours: Flexible (10–15 hrs/week)
