Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Demand Planning professional to contribute to our global supply chain team and drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless execution.

This role is a key contributor to our strategic business process, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure demand plans align with our business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
  • Lead regular forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory levels
  • Leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to create data-driven, actionable plans
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting methodologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
