Director of Data Migration and Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the migration of data from various Intellectual Property solutions in the market to our company's software platform.

This role will involve overseeing a team of data migration specialists, guiding them in analyzing, mapping, and transforming data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of data migration specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to execute data migration projects effectively.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans to align data from other IP solutions in the market with the data model of our software solution.
  • Competitor Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of data structures, formats, and schemas from other Intellectual Property (IP) solutions in the market.
  • Automation System Development: Design, architect, and build an automation system for mapping, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems to our software solution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading data migration projects in the context of software implementation.
  • Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Leadership roles with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, as well as database management systems and data integration platforms.
