Job Title

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of call centre agents to achieve their best performance.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve agent performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

You will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have training in team leading or management.
