We are urgently hiring for Telesales Executive at our New Town, Kolkata Call Centre for Loan Product selling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide information on Banking/Financial/NBFC Loan Products / Services / Offers to customers.Making outbound calls to potential customers and identifying sales opportunities.Building and maintaining customer relationships and following up with them to ensure customer satisfaction.Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure customer needs are met.
