The role of a Patent Specialist involves drafting patent applications for inventions in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. Our ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting and prosecution, with a strong focus on technical areas.

  • Deliver patent drafting projects that meet international standards, including formulating response strategies to office actions.
  • Provide expert training to team members on complex technical areas.
  • Mentor interns and team members on assigned technology areas, ensuring knowledge sharing and development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology from a reputable institution.
  • Exceptional domain expertise in ICT, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least 2 years of experience in patent drafting for US jurisdiction.

Extensive experience in drafting 50+ patent applications for the US domain is required.

Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team members are essential for this role.
