Job Title:Endpoint Management and Security Specialist

This role is focused on ensuring the effective management of endpoints to maintain a robust security posture. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in endpoint management, security protocols, and IT operations.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Tanium platform administration. Key responsibilities include deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Tanium platform to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tanium Platform Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain the Tanium platform to support endpoint management and security operations.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to define and implement strategies for effective endpoint management and security operations using Tanium.
  • Monitor the performance of Tanium modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of projects related to Tanium implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on milestones and outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline endpoint management processes and enhance security measures using Tanium.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness in endpoint management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT security, operations, and compliance teams to align Tanium functionalities with organizational needs.
  • Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Tanium solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in endpoint management or IT security are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT security, endpoint management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Tanium platform and its modules is highly desirable.
  • Experience in project coordination and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management, security protocols, and IT operations.
  • Basic knowledge of the Tanium platform's capabilities and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
