Mechanical BIM Specialist

We seek an experienced Mechanical BIM Specialist to deliver high-quality building information models.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in using Revit & Navisworks with a degree or diploma in Engineering.
    • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
    • Experience in Middle East projects is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Service Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC, Chilled water, and Fire Protection Services is essential.
  • Basic Design Knowledge regarding HVAC & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
