Senior BIM Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Draftsman to collaborate with our structural engineering team.

• Prepare accurate and detailed BIM models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools based on engineering markups and design requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for model consistency.
• Produce high-quality shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as needed.
• Maintain BIM models up-to-date through the project lifecycle while adhering to company and project BIM standards.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
• Ensure quality control of drafted output and manage drawing revisions effectively.

The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills along with proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks. Experience working on large-scale projects is an advantage. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications is essential.

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
• Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
