Job Title: Technical Internal Audit Manager

Rain Industries seeks an experienced Technical Internal Audit Manager to join its Global Internal audit team.

This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong leadership and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal auditing, risk management, and control processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering assigned audit work in line with GIA methodology with limited supervision.

  • Audit scoping, developing test plans, completing testing, writing associated work papers, drafting sections of the Audit Report, and contributing to themes and insights.
  • Plan for audits, finalize action plans, verify completion of Agreed Management Actions for Findings, and support quarterly reporting to Management and the Board.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate delivery of assigned audit work and live Rain Values operating to high ethical standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Internal Auditing, risk, and controls skills.
  • Fact-based and attention to detail – comfortable operating in a detailed environment.
  • Analytic skills – ability to apply clarity of thought to audit work.
  • Sound judgement – ability to identify issues that need further testing and understanding of own limitations/when to consult.
  • Report writing- strong written English skills.
  • Gravitas and credible – ability to establish credibility through consistent approach and clarity in assertions
Experience and Education:
  • Solid experience in internal audit and/or other relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, possibly with additional certifications such as MSc or MBA.
