Role Overview

This role is responsible for the successful onboarding of commercial loans to our core banking system. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and precision of this process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation to identify key terms and ensure a thorough understanding of the loan details.
  • Enter loan details into our core banking system of record, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, and other relevant information.
  • Understand and interpret the Bank's credit approval document and any applicable credit write-up.
  • Onboard new clients to our Client Onboarding application and navigate the Commercial Loan Origination platform to access required loan documents.
  • Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into our core banking system of record.
  • Manage a pipeline of pending loans and prioritize accordingly.
  • Identify errors or issues at the time of booking and escalate accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Required - minimum of 3 years of commercial lending experience.
