Job Title: AS400 Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our AS400 team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of programming languages such as RPG ILE and CLLE, and hands-on experience with DB2.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of AS400 applications to ensure seamless functionality and high-quality results.
  • Design, estimate, program, and unit/test AS400 applications to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of projects and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
