Job Title - Oracle Demantra/ASCP

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled professional to relate product functionality to business processes and provide implementation advice to customers on meeting their various business scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have basic/advanced knowledge of Oracle ASCP/Demantra/Oracle Cloud/Order Promising, as well as experience in consulting, application support with standard Incident Management tools, and working with integrated supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years' experience in a consulting role
  • Knowledge of integrated supply chain environment with Oracle ERP (JDE, EBS, Fusion etc.)
  • Experience in application Support with a standard Incident Management tool like Jira
  • Working experience with any Manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge of Purchasing/Order management
  • Oracle Certification in any modules would be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do approach
  • Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 environment including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
