Job Summary

As a talented UI/UX cum Product Designer, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that elevate user experience.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about user-centered design and visual storytelling. This role involves hands-on work in fast-paced environments where ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and/or Adobe XD
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve UX problems and improve product usability
  • Ensure consistency in design through adherence to brand guidelines and style standards (fonts, colors, icons, etc.)
  • Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business goals
  • Create visual assets as needed, including icons, logos, and branding materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Research design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inspire new ideas
Requirements:
  • UI/UX expertise with knowledge of human-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application in real-world projects
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
