The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team. In this role, you will design and implement user experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications that will revolutionize our product offerings.

  • You will work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Responsibilities include staying current with emerging UX trends, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with GenAI Engineers, and applying user-centered design principles.
  • You will also champion AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI-native design tools and UI generation from structured logic/code.
  • A basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
  • Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong UX design and front-end development skills for complex applications.
