We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing financial statements, conducting statutory and internal audits, and providing tax planning and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.

  • Tax Planning: Provide tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Corporate Finance: Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary. Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Professional Development: Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.
  • Jr. Accountants Training: Train and mentor junior accountants, facilitating their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
