Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven EIR to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to be part of scaling a high-growth startup from the ground up. The successful candidate will help expand operations across different regions and cities, working directly with trainers and customers to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive expansion by scaling operations in new regions/cities.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard fitness trainers and gyms onto the platform.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Take ownership of growth targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct field work, meet with trainers/customers, and represent Gymclass in local communities.
  • Assist in building and executing strategies to strengthen trainer and customer acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate (Business/Management/Marketing background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote + field hybrid setup.
