ARCS Implementation Lead

This role encompasses leading a project for the implementation of Accounts Reconciliation Process using Oracle EPM Cloud - ARCS technology.

The primary activities involve:

  • Leading requirements discussions with stakeholders
  • Analyzing requirements around accounts reconciliation processes to identify key components and potential roadblocks
  • Designing detailed components of the Oracle ARCS solution, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
  • Mentoring development teams on complex situations, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborating with clients to coordinate design sign-offs and drive project progress
  • Supporting UAT activities to ensure smooth transition to production deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of EPM experience, with at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementation experiences

Demonstrated designing and implementation experience on Oracle ARCS solution, with good understanding of ARCS architectural and design concepts

Good knowledge of accounts reconciliation processes, with excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong documentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
