You will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through initial inquiries and assessing their suitability for study abroad programs.

• Assess inbound leads from various sources and determine their eligibility for study abroad programs.
• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
• Identify high-potential leads and categorize them based on their suitability, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
• Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels to optimize lead management processes.

Required Skills:

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Involvement in college communities is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
