About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with new and existing clients to identify potential trade opportunities, valuing clients' forex portfolios, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory norms. You will also be required to acquire quality current accounts customers who are dealing in international trade, identify target markets and segments, and ensure that clients are guided regarding rates and charges.


Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new trade current accounts and generating trade & FX revenue from self-sourced accounts
  • Sourcing consumer & commercial BB cases and maintaining CA balances in sourced accounts
  • Exploring potential trade and FES products like forward contracts, LC/BG/BC, travel cards, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC/RBI guidelines and growth through adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Acquisition and retention of new customers across all segments
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating them to competent authorities for resolution

Requirements
  • Sourcing new trade current accounts and generating trade & FX revenue from self-sourced accounts
  • Sourcing consumer & commercial BB cases and maintaining CA balances in sourced accounts
  • Candidates with trade and forex background or current account acquisition experience preferred
