About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst to enhance the efficiency and functionality of our Workday system across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Workday, troubleshooting challenges, and gaining expertise in multiple modules support and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently on technically advanced configuration projects, communicating project status and requirements to stakeholders, and seeking guidance from the team when necessary.
- Consider end-to-end test scripts when working on new configuration and utilize big picture thinking to plan new configuration effectively for a large organization and technical ecosystem.
- Support our global ticketing system, including requests for general troubleshooting and PX requests from global stakeholders.
- Assist with testing of new Workday functionality and regular Workday release updates.
- Replicate and verify customer issues and escalate appropriately to the People Systems SMEs.
- Serve as project owner for new Workday initiatives, including assistance with configuration, data loads, and testing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems and at least 2 years of technical Workday experience. Strong Workday experience is required.
- Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems and the ability to work with a multi-location, multicultural global team.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
