Wet Etch Equipment Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough corrective and preventive maintenance of wet etch equipment, including wet benches and single wafer processing tools.
  • Evaluate and adjust robot settings for optimal performance.
  • Plan, procure consumables, and manage parts inventory for wet etch equipment.
  • Analyze complex tool issues using the Fishbone/8D methodology to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge on Brooks & Assyst SMIFs.
  • Execute tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is required.
  • Hold a degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and be a good team player.
  • Be self-driven and able to work independently or in a team environment.
