The role involves providing legal, compliance, and taxation support to an organization on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing legal documents, maintaining a log of all legal documents, periodically reviewing legal documents before expiry, and supporting secretarial compliances.

  • Reviewing agreements with vendors
  • Reviewing SOPs/authorization tables from a finance perspective
  • Supporting ICFR and dematerialization of shares
  • Preparing compliance calendars for all legal and tax compliance due dates
  • Updating on weekly basis regarding updates in taxation and legal changes
  • Supporting taxation and finance matters assigned by the Finance Head

Qualifications: Commerce/Legal graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter.
