Job Title:

Business Transformation Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Business Transformation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation through the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including ledger close process, global accounting activities, and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Participate in integration of acquired companies, resolve challenging issues appropriately, and communicate in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
  • Support interim and annual financial audits with external auditors, drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and consolidation, and supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and application of US GAAP fundamentals.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, and 12-15 years of progressive accounting-related work experience.
  • Prior management experience, ability to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken business English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related degree.
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification required.
